Army Hopping is if you served in more than 4-5 armies at once and/or served a total of over 10-11 armies in total (not counting clans). There are many army hoppers, the most infamous being Zeke/Fudge in the CPR Era. The served in over 10-11 armies rules is not considered if you served in them before CPRA, meaning if you served in Army Republic and served in Romans in CPRA you will not be given any hatred or attack etc. These rules can be contradicted depending on the time and reason.
