The Black Panthers were an army founded by Supperz1 and Lots of Pie in January 2009. They started off very small but then, in April and May 2009, they merged with many other smaller armies. After the merge, they had good turnouts in almost every battle and they were the 8th ranked army by Club Penguin War News. In July 2009, they successfully beat the Underground Mafias Army in a war and became a major army.
