The CPPS Mafia, or CPPSM is an army of Penguin Oasis and CPPS.me. They are a mafia and are all talk and quite weak. Their purpose is to "rid the people who have done wrong but not noticed, and those who oppose us and fight against people who are getting hurt for no reason".
The Mafia Itself
The mafia is pretty weak. It has no true purpose and hunts down players separately. They threatened the UMA several times, triggering the Underground Mafias Army and the Dark Knight Empire to declare war.
Foreign Relations
They have no true allies. They have recently made enemies with the Dark Knight Empire and the UMA. They don't have a clear chance of victory due to its strange mafia strategy.
