Cabin, formally Cabin0416, is a penguin whose presence in the Club Penguin army community began in 2014. He is notable for leading the People's Imperial Confederation, Templars, and Water Vikings. He is also recognized for creating and leading the Napalm Corps. On October 11, 2023, he joined the Water Vikings as Viking General, or second-in-command. He was promoted to Viking Commander on December 2, 2023, and has served in the position ever since. On February 10, 2024, he was made Second Minister of the army.

Outside of army service, Cabin is Premier of the People's Imperial Confederation's Congress of Soviets. He is notable for his previous service as an administrator of the CPA Wiki and once being a chat moderator in certain notable army leagues.

Due to his military contributions, he holds Legend status in the People's Imperial Confederation, Templars, and the Napalm Corps, and also holds the Greatest Leader title within the Water Vikings. His impact as Templars leader led him to be nominated in 2022 for CPA Legend and his efforts within the Napalm Corps and People's Imperial Confederation led him to be nominated in 2023 for S/M Army Legend.

History[]

Club Penguin[]

In August 2014, Cabin was introduced to Club Penguin armies upon joining the Golden Troops. Although he attended a couple events, that was his only contribution to the army. His subsequent service within the Pirates was similar, though there is no evidence which suggests that he contributed to the army at all.

Cabin's career within the Light Troops began in May 2015, experiencing his first taste of war not long after. Although he was dedicated to the army throughout the summer, eventually reaching fourth-in-command within the army's staff team, he was among those who left to join the revived Blue Miners Army. Within the Blue Miners Army, Cabin participated in Legends Cup VI and held a second-in-command position until it closed in September. Due to his impact within the army, he is listed as a Notable Troop on the army's Hall Of Fame.

In mid-September 2015, Cabin joined the Dauntless Army of Club Penguin, an army created by one of his closest friends from the Light Troops and Blue Miners Army. Eventually, he found a place in the army's leadership, giving him his first experience as leader of a Club Penguin army. Under the leadership of Cabin and others, the Dauntless Army saw weekly placements on S/M top tens. During this time, Cabin and the same friend created the Club Penguin Army Coffee Table, an amateur media organization that recorded current events within the army community at times before and after Club Penguin's closure.

A few months after his stint within the Dauntless Army, he enlisted in the Night Rebels. He served as moderator before reaching a position within its high command. His contributions led his name to appear on the army's Hall Of Fame at one point. He spent a few months in the Night Rebels on-and-off before departing, rejoining the Light Troops as moderator in Spring 2016 before leaving again.

Little is known about Cabin's army history from then until Club Penguin's demise on March 30, 2017.

Post-Club Penguin[]

In March 2018, Cabin spent a duration within the Rebel Penguin Federation as a troop, attending at least one event. Similar to his time in the Golden Troops years prior, he did not contribute to the army in any other way. A short amount of time after his enlistment, he fell into retirement once more.

Cabin returned to the community in June 2019, deciding to join an army at random from a list of active armies within the Club Penguin Armies (2019) league. He ended up selecting the Recon Federation of Club Penguin, enlisting as a recruit. As a member rank, he contributed to the army in several ways, most notably through creating the army's flag. His contributions continued as he advanced through the ranks, eventually achieving the third-in-command position. Although not working from a leadership position, he often led battles in absence of the first-in-command. Enthusiastic about recruiting, he scheduled several recruitment events as third-in-command and eventually saw a placement as the first director of the army's new recruitment division. However, in September, internal drama within the Recon Federation led Cabin to depart. Since then, he has been an outspoken critic of the army and its creator due to controversies surrounding both, even going so far as to create a failed army with the intent of going to war with them in the future.

After Cabin's revenge army, the Club Penguin Guard, failed to gain traction, he wound up rejoining the Light Troops as second-in-command in October 2019. Due to his unfamiliarity with Club Penguin Online, the Club Penguin remake the Light Troops used, and the new group of people he found himself working aside, he contributed little to the army. In early November, Cabin was among a small list of people caught participating in an Anti-RFCP group chat. Due to the drama that ensued, Cabin retired from the Light Troops and left the army community once more.

As January 2020 rolled around, Cabin returned to the community and enlisted in the Army of Club Penguin for seventh-in-command, the army's highest non-staff rank. He would remain in this role until February, when he found a new home within the Romans as third-in-command, being promoted to second-in-command shortly thereafter. Cabin soon found himself in fresh controversy when the Recon Federation blamed him for an event raid he did not participate in. Although he was adamant that he did not orchestrate nor participate in the raid, the Recon Federation continued to believe that he was behind it and subsequently declared war against the Romans in what is known as the Brutusian War. Later on, Cabin led a tournament effort once more, battling the Rebel Penguin Federation in the Premier League tournament. In April, the Romans disbanded, leading Cabin to find solace in retirement again.

On March 22, 2021, Cabin joined the People's Imperial Confederation for fifth-in-command, the highest moderator rank within the army. Over the next few months, he moved up the ranks for his recruitment efforts and aid during events, even receiving the Recruitment Manager position for his work in recruitment. Over the course of his career within the army, he became one of the army's top recruiters, holding the highest position on the server's invite leaderboard to this day. On June 5, Cabin was promoted to the Leader-in-Training rank, a title he would hold for the great remainder of the year. Aiding the army with several facets of internal affairs, Cabin gained leadership experience that he credits for his present leading style within the Club Penguin army community. In November, he became President of the army's advisory board and received Legend status. Less than two weeks later, Cabin was promoted to first-in-command. As leader, he took steps to keep the army afloat while other leaders took a step back from its affairs. On January 29, 2022, he retired from the army and continued to maintain a presence within the army's advisory. During this time, Cabin focused on growing and maintaining Chipmunk Gaming, a gaming community he created shortly before he retired from the People's Imperial Confederation. On February 20, the latter released a statement about the former, arguing that Cabin stole staff members for his gaming server. The backlash from the post ultimately led him to join the Templars as third-in-command, exiting his advisory position within the People's Imperial Confederation in the process.

Using the techniques and lessons gathered from his time within his previous army, Cabin became notable within the Templars. Over the period of several months, he underwent mentoring from the army's main leader. Serving in one of the most bellicist armies at the time, Cabin fought in numerous wars, aiding in war efforts where possible within his high command position. In August, he joined the army's leadership. As a Templars leader, he adopted a rigorous leadership style, holding staff and himself accountable to complete tasks, and worked to centralize recruiting and welcoming within the army. Over time, he ascended to the top position of the army's invite leaderboard. He led several wars against armies including the Rebel Penguin Federation, Lime Green Army, and Special Weapons And Tactics. In October, he ensured a Templars victory in Legends Cup XII, leading him to be inducted as Templars Legend. The following month, Cabin retired from the army and the army community in general, announcing that he would be retired for good.

On January 29, 2023, directly contradicting his statement that he will not be returning to the community, Cabin created a new army called the Napalm Corps. The army opened to the community on February 21, achieving a max of 15 at the opening event. Under Cabin's sole leadership, the Napalm Corps became a formidable army within the S/M army community at the time, achieving maxes above 10 on a regular basis and gaining a presence on the land map through the invasion of unclaimed territories. Striking alliances with notable armies including the Army of Club Penguin, Special Weapons And Tactics, and the People's Imperial Confederation, Cabin made foreign policy a high priority. He would lead the Napalm Corps into joining the Sapphire Concordat alliance at the beginning of the Bloodbath Barrage war, a conflict between the alliance and the Dark Vikings in which the former would leave victorious. At the beginning of World War IX, Cabin retired from his position as commander of the army and designated Kyra, one of his most loyal recruits, to take his place. After Kyra abruptly departed near the end of June, Cabin made the decision to merge the army into the People's Imperial Confederation.

In August 2023, Cabin rejoined the People's Imperial Confederation leadership to aid in the preparation for Beach Brawl III. In this familiar position, he made recruiting and welcoming his greatest concerns, believing that these tasks were imperative for a tournament victory. With Cabin's aid, the People's Imperial Confederation would be victorious in Beach Brawl III, winning against the Special Weapons & Tactics and Friendly Gamers and achieving its first tournament victory. Shortly after the army's historical win, Cabin retired once more. In his retirement, he created People's Posts, the media division of the People's Imperial Confederation.

On October 11, 2023, Cabin joined the Water Vikings as second-in-command. Upon his arrival, Cabin made recruiting and welcoming a priority, becoming one of the army's most productive recruiters in a short amount of time. Throughout this stint, he reigned as the top recruiter of the week on several occasions. As Christmas Chaos XIII loomed, on December 2, Cabin was promoted to the army's leadership, being called a "workhorse" for his contributions to the Water Vikings thus far. With Cabin's assistance, the army would be victorious in Christmas Chaos XIII, leading him to be inducted within the Greatest Leaders category on the army's Hall Of Fame. On February 10, 2024, Cabin was made Second Minister, one of the army's main leader positions. Ever since the conclusion of Christmas Chaos, Cabin began focusing more heavily on recruiting, welcoming, and keeping in touch with new recruits. This led to an influx of new members attending events and being active within the army. With this in mind, he played a significant role in the army's triumph in March Madness IX, even leading a successful room against the Rebel Penguin Federation in the final battle. To this day, he continues to serve as Commander and Second Minister of the Water Vikings.
