This page is to describe the type of government the Club Penguin Army Wiki has. Please read this page to help protect articles, and bring justice to vandals, rude users, and rouge admins.
Justice System[]
Our justice system works a lot like the American justice system. Instead there's less court sessions. All REGISTERED users here have a chance, IP Address's (if breaking the Rules) will be banned immediately. Please make an account, and do not edit with your IP. If a registered user breaks any rule, a admin will have to contact him. The admin's duty here is to try to talk the user out of doing it again. If the user does not obey the admin, and continues breaking the rules, he will be banned again. If a good user (someone who has been kind, and has obeyed the rules) suddenly gets banned by a admin, other admins must act. This wiki is about second chances, so a admin must write a in-biased blog about the ban. Other users will have the chance to say what they think about this ban, and if it should be stopped or continued. Registered users should not be banned for less than a week, and only banned forever for a good reason.
Government[]
Here, at the Club Penguin Army Wiki, we do not have a ruler. This wiki is ruled, and controlled by the users. This wiki could be called a Kritarchy, the "judges" being our admins. The admins have the most power on this wiki, but must not abuse them. If a large situation occurs the admins shouldn't just deal with it themselves, a vote should take place. For instance say a admin wants to stop ALL IP's from editing, well he couldn't just do this without the peoples' thought. So a vote should be taken, the highest vote wins.
