The Federal Penguin Elites was an army created by AndrewPlayz87 on January 7th, 2018.
History[]
The FPE were created on January 7th by former Tubas troop AndrewPlayz87. He quickly hired renowned CPA veteran Zeke/Fudge and Doctor Calamus as 2ic. URP & FPE had a colony agreement called the Partial Colony Agreement. This agreement ended when the URP died. At some point in January FPE died due to the inactivated of Andrewplayz87, and 2ic Kat0613 giving up on the army.
