The European Army of Club Penguin, or EACP for short, was a European army created by wandgfan22 and Zx1996 in October 2008. wandgfan22 and zx1996 decided to create this army shortly after the world war for fun. They were both annoyed by the times of wars and battles, which were commonly not at a convenient time for those within European time zones. This ultimately led them to create the European Army of Club Penguin.
