Troopstealing is the act in which a member from one army approaches a member of a different army and usually offers them better a position in their army. Thus removing a member out of one army and thrusting them into another. This exchange is also typically for a higher rank. Troopstealing is extremely frowned upon by practically the entire community, and has spawned numerous conflicts and wars.
