The United Penguin Nation, also known as the UPN, is a group of law enforcement penguins sworn to protect the island.
Penguin Evacuation
After the evacuation of the original CP we had to let people go a few months latter there was an apocalypse we had to hurry and evacuate the rest of the penguins then most of the members was lost we looked for a new island and there it was club penguin rewritten, we started back up like nothing ever happen and here we are today
